FSOD is easily avoided. Just put your important stuff in the bank before you leave.
Lag is either your connection or someone elses that is slowing the game down. Not really the servers.
Never heard of an EU player having FSODX on EU servers so stay there I guess. Only heard of FSODX on US servers.
Go online and have fun.
The main reason I posted here is because I too am announcing my absence from PSO. As off 10th October, I won't be online again, until new quests appear. I have started uni again, and have tons of reading to do for it. I'll still be on MSN and the forums, but I won't be renewing my HL until more quests appear to try. As such, I would be grateful for any items I lent out (mostly mags) to be returned. I will probably still play offline for a bit and try to lvl some more chars.
I will be back online, just not as much. I guess Alp 6 will be empty now then
