Whats a Talis?

i got mahu, it's the better version of the talis. very hard de rol le drops is 1/11 (but it took me over 40 times!). also found a guilty light, that's the better photon launcher, very hard vol opt drops it 1/11. don't bother getting the talis or the photon launcher. they're quite a bit worse than the mahu and guilty light.

also get the guilty light first, because against de rol le it can hit like three parts of him while he's swimming alongside the boat and about five when his head is on it
