Needless to say that this babbelfish makes no sense 
Luckily there are some pics to let us guess.
I didnt read anything about a quest in the babbelfish so I think these cards (Dark Flow and Chao+) will be available like the the other cards were during both events (rappy and high card festival), through cardage that is. (or is it through an auction only, now that the chances to get a VIP are increased?)
Wait and see, although the rappy+ prolly wont be there :'(
@Risu: DQ8 is indeed released and the most famous game in Japan ever, no doubt.
Mintaka is rather deserted but we are still happy to have more than 1 JP atm, I can tell you that
