There is definitely already a PSO PC Version 2. However, I cannot find it for sale anywhere.
No plans for an English version, but Sega has now released PSO Blue Burst (ep1&2&soon4) in China. They started the signup thingy for HLs just this week. http://www.psobb.cn/
So right now, it's just Japan and China:'(. Let's give it a year or so and ... keep hoping.
