luck is the % of your hits that are critical hits.
it starts at 10 when you're level 1 and is still 10 at level 200.
the only way to change it is to use luck materials (which are really rare), or to use slot items.
angel/luck adds 5, God/luck adds 30. i don't know if there's anything inbetween.
master, hero, and God /abilities also raise all stats (including luck) by 5, 10, and 20, respectively
both my characters have 10 luck still, even though i've found about 15 luck materials. i don't want to use them on my fonewearl, because she only uses techs, and i don't know if it's really worth it on my ramar either because he mostly uses mechguns and luck only makes 1 of each of the 3 hits (out of 9 total hits) a critical
