The Heart, Mind, Soul, Geist is the TP-drain family, yeah? If the tekker doesn't matter, then the weapon's special would be stuck in this family.

I just wonder if it can be in a different family with a different tekker, e.g. the HP-drain family i.e. Draw, Drain, Fill, Gush.

So that's a "No, it will always be a TP-drainer even if you change Tekker"?
