Hello again fellow league players. RED and I are back online PC wise now (we have managed to stay onlineish PSO wise via some sneaky placing of the Broadband adaptor).
First some bad news - I have Episode 3 corrupted after trading some cards with my son, it seems he accepts anything from anyone on Vega (his 1&2 and 3 corrupted).
Now the good news - I'm not quitting the league no matter what. I have some people to play and I'll do it even if I have to use default decks and get my butt handed to me on a silver platter.
Has anyone heard from Marcian? I have PMed him to no effect and I need to battle him. Has he dropped out of the league and not told anyone?
Since my last post I've had some very good matches which I believe have been reported already. Mostly, if not all, loses. I'm not going to complain about the losses - they were all fairly close except Risu.
One player confessed after their league match with me that they stalled to get the win on HP. Said player felt dishonourable for using what they viewed as an underhand tactic. I don't understand why the player felt bad over it. No rules state that you must play your turns as fast as possible, and said player isn't the only perosn using stalling tactics to win a tough match. If a player wants to use the entire 30 seconds of each phase they are entitled to do so.
