Okay... Frozen shooter, though I've never used it, obviously must be good, but nobody but Rangers uses freezing weapons, which is what I said.

Hence the use of rangers ? having a 100% chance of freezing monsters is a crucial asset in really tough quests.

And if you have a high enough level of spell, they do moderate damage online, from what I remember.

Nope, I have a Lv189 FOnewearl, maxed MST (1750) and Lv 30 spells, and I do not deal decent damage past Forest.
So if you like DMCing the HUs and RAs with 150 to 200 damage, yeah, sure... >_>
