I find Cross Slay to be useful against these kind of decks. I dont have Round Slay, but I bet it would be better though.
My little brother played a deck of Canadines against me once, so I found that Madness card to be useful. Wiped the buggers out in no time.
Any card that can strike more than the space in front is usually useful for me, or twin swords are good as well.

Im just giving my own experience here, its probably bull to most of you.
