I can sympathize with you. I'm still trying to break my own case of insomnia...c'mon look at the time on this post. But with me it's not so much sounds as it is physical things. Like if I leave my monitor in standby, I swear that I can see the freaking LED flashing even with my back turned and eyes closed. As a remedy to this I've started waking up earlier. So if I get up at like 8 or 9 AM, then by the time I get home from work and get a little playtime in, I SHOULD be tired. But as you can see, it looks like my body won't let me sleep either way. If anyone has a household remedy that doesn't involve drinking alot of cough syrup or a baseball bat then please us know...
