the %'s add to the weapons stats like this:
say you have a saber that adds 150 atp and 20 ata (i know that isn't the actual stat, but pretend it is). and its %'s are 25 native, 65 beast, and 20 hit.
the hit % would NOT make it add 24 ata, it would add 40 because 1 hit % = 1 extra ata, the fact they call it a hit "%" is just to confuse you.
against native enemies this weapon would add 188 atp (150 * 1.25), against beasts it would add 248 atp (150 * 1.65) and against machines and darks it would add the regular 150 atp.
also you can't have %'s in more than 3 places
