Fox is still the best.
His special attacks kinda stink if you rely on them too much, forcing you to fight like a REAL man instead of trusting in cheap tricks and sheer power. Also, he's quick and, with practice, can dodge any attack then rebound with a counter-attack. Finally, his attacks have little to no cool-down time compared to the other characters, allowing for sweet free-form combos and juggles.
