Yep, I heard its a good card as well, except it is an E ranked card, so its really rare to find. And also, it's considered a Dark card so you know. Yeah, and I heard they are also made a Toy Rappy as well. Heres the stats for it:

Type: Monster/Machine
Abilities:
Death Companion: Kills the monster/item with it when it dies or is left with 1 or 2 HP
Haste: Movement costs no AP
Stall: During Move Phase, MV of all characters of both parties within one block left or right of this card will be set to two, excluding this card itself. When receiving multiple MV change effects, the effect with the highest MV applies.
