The bigger the Punitt Square the smaller the percent. in the case of a tic-tac-toe board there are three spaces. 75%, 50%, and 25%. And on the android case, they are fully machine. They are not cyborgs. So the possibility of machines feeling emotions is highly unlikely. Emotions are caused by chemicals in the brain. and since machines don't have those chemicals and nor would they know how to interpret them so a chance of them feeling the emotions would be very unlikely. Now in PSO androids are played by humans who exhibit those emoitions then they could but not in real life. then there's always that possibility of transplanting a braing into a brain, but that would be a cyborg.
