I find the easiest way to beat Zelda is to wait for her to come to me and then respond in kind. She smashes... I dodge and smash. She uses projectiles... I close in for the kill (seeing as how marth has no projectiles). She is running and is going to attack... I use Marth's auto-counter. After a couple of rounds I usually have Zelda/Sheik on the run.
