going along with the theme of the anger management thread i wonder how people deal with another so called negative emotion namely depression. I personlly try to ignore or repress it ((anyone noticing a trend with me ?
)) i personally find it to be counterproductive at best as it never leads to any action to end said depression. So how do the rest of you deal with it? I'm curious to say the least......
p.s. i notice on a lot of threads we will test the surfaces of the water but never fully immerse ourselves id like to see some deep and meaningful posts within this thread seeing as depression is so common these days if people are afraid of being the first to bear their soul merely post your wish for me to start and i shall.
