Note: Once again, the only characters that are mine are; V, RobDeLaMorte and DarkMagician. There are some...famous... Guest appearences... I know they shall enjoy reading about themselves, as I have portrayed them, KYAAHAHAHA!
Prologue: DarkMagician's wish three months ago, led to possibly the worst event in the entire history of Algol, Ragol, and indeed, the galaxy even.
Many more hunters had been trained, and eventually most of Ragol's monsters were extinct. Only in The Ruins did an endless stream remain, though the hunters soon tired of killing them. The hunters soon got bored, and though these were finally peaceful times, many could not adapt. Fights started to break out, at first between one or two people. Now, the fighting is worldwide. This story follows DarkMagician, as he attempts to escape the now insane planet...
At this moment, DarkMagician was in a battle, fighting for his life, against the young prodigy, Relmitos...
Chapter 1: Struggle Against Young Bloods
"Damn it Relmitos! Cease this! We can still esca-AARGH!" DarkMagician screamed, as Foie hit him square in the chest, sending him sprawling. "Hahahah! I'm gonna be the world's most powerful FOmar! The one who slew DarkMagician!" Relmitos called triumphantly, as DarkMagician stood up slowly. "Do not bet on it...GRAAANTS!!!" Countless arrows of light converged on Relmitos, before exploding. His bloodied body lay on the floor, smoking as DarkMagician stood there in sorrow. "*Sighs* It never ends... I have fought...and killed, so many...too many... When will this end!?! Hunter killing hunter... It's not right! And yet...we still fight..." Just then, a loud scream came from behind him, "NOOOO!!! REEELMIIITOOOOS!!!" A fine young FOmarl dressed in green, ran over to his body, and saw he was dead. "YOU KILLED HIM!!! AAAAH!!! I SHALL KILL YOU!!! WHEN YOU DIE, TELL RELMITOS THAT MIRINEE SENT YOU!!!" She shouted, as she stared at DarkMagician, hate in her wide green eyes. "Wait! Please! I do not wish for any more killi-" "DIE!!!" She screamed, leaping to the attack...
Before DarkMagician could defend himself, Mirinee cast a pre-emptive spell at him. "Magic Ball!" She called, as a large ball of yellow magic flew at DarkMagician. Without warning, it exploded next to him, sending him onto the floor. Blood seeped from his chest, and he whispered, "R-resta!" and got up again, this time ready for her. "Mirinee! I shall not warn you again..." He said, as he started to glow, "Leave me! NOW!" She stayed silent, hatred burning brighter in her eyes, and then she placed her hand on a pendant of hers. DarkMagicain's body was caught in an icy cold grip, he felt as though his life were being drained from him. She released her hand, and DarkMagician dropped to one knee. "Alright...that is it! I did not want to do this, but you gave me no choice!" DarkMagician glowed brighter, and then, a multi-coloured beam of magic sprayed from his eyes, hitting Mirinee. "Aaaaaahhh!!!" She screamed, as she was bathed in extraordinarily powerful magics. He poured on more magic, and Mirinee continued screaming on agony. Eventually, on one knee, and blood seeping from her mouth, and she screamed, "Stop! I yield! Let me live!" DarkMagician stopped, and walked over to her as she struggled to stand up...
Chapter 2: An ally?
DarkMagician stood there, towering over the defeated Mirinee. "I am amazed! No-one has EVER lasted so long against my purest magic without dying... What ARE you!?!" Mirinee laughed, as she failed to stand up again, "Me? I am just Mirinee, a friend of Relmitos WHOM YOU KILLED!" DarkMagician looked away, ashamed. "I..did not mean to... but he attacked me without reason! I tried to stop him, make him surrender, but he had gone battle crazy, I'd no choice. At any rate, had I not killed him, he would have killed YOU too!" Mirinee went silent, the last piece of rage falling from her mind. "Anyway, I apologise for my deeds. I see that the madness has not taken you yet also. Listen to me, I seek to escape this insane planet. I can take you with me if you want, I ask because I cannot go on much longer alone... Even I have my limits..." Mirinee looked at Relmitos, at the floor, then at DarkMagician. "...Okay...What now then?" She asked uncertain. DarkMagician healed her, and helped her up. "Let's see...I must check my map, that last battle disorientated me... Okay, here's where we are I reckon. Now, pay attention Mirinee! Should I fall, then YOU must go on without me! It's the least I can do for Relmitos." Mirinee smiled faintly. "Okay, we must head almost direct south, to THIS DOCK. Once we have taken a ship from there to Gal De Val island, we head west again, and there should be a HIDDEN SPACESHIP that Red Ring Rico told me about years ago. She kept it for emergencies..." DarkMagician fell silent, reminiscing. Suddenly, Mirinee hissed, Look! There! Someone is coming!" A man wearing a crimson-red cape, and a claw strode towards them. "So...You really ARE here..." The stranger called out quietly.....
"Who are you!?" DarkMagician asked, as Mirinee warned, "Keep away! Or else!" The stranger bowed, extending his claw. "Forgive my rudeness... I, am Kashima! I have followed you silently for many days, and overheard your plan just now. I want in. I too, am sick of this madness!" DarkMagician looked uneasy, "Well...It is true we shall need help...But how do I know I can trust you?" Kashima's eyes widened, as he said quickly, "They say actions speak louder than words, and it appears I now get the chance to prove it! We're under attack!!!" Mirinee reacted first, "!!!" she dived, knocking DarkMagician down, as a blade swiped the air where DarkMagician was. DarkMagician looked up, and recognition dawned on his face. A yellow haired warrior holding a large sword stood there, grinning cruelly. "Wait! I know this one! Cloud! Are you still sane too?" DarkMagician asked. Cloud swiped at him again, missing, "Shut up, fool! Fight me!"
