I dunno, just the fact that they're extremely hot women that attract people to come to their store and buy more cake, making everyone on pioneer 2 fat! then, you hunters will have to repeatedly do some sort of the 'Lost Bride' quest for EVERY SINGLE person on the ship that wants to loose the extra weight!
and yes jarl, I completely agree with the fact that sould of steel is long and annoying, but I still love it because it has a great story (especially if you spend hours after hours getting the extended scene), fun mini-game like things, and its not just straight up fighting. there's a lot more to it than other quests! it takes time, and a bit of frustration involved, but its really enjoyable for me.

i remember it from when i was still on normal those stupid securety bots bugged me for so long

The way I see it is, at least soul of steel is unique and interesting in many ways. As for de-rol-le, he's the nice experience prize you get at the end. At the end of addicting food, instead of masses of experience, you get... Cake. And you don't even get to keep it! *comic book store guy stylee "Worst prize ever!" *

it's so annoying, boring, a streight through regular fight with no boss and barely any reward

err... look at the drop charts for skyly cave, and tell me the ratio of good weapons: bad weapons, then consider that addicting food is the best place to get ANY cave enemy (excluding slimes) in PSO, and tell me that its a bad quest.

for that you can just do the cave and beat up the boss
getting to do the bess is way more rewarding if you ask me
because you get a huge pile of extra exp
more items to either keep or sell depending on what you get
and for those that didn't get to it yet you unlock the mines

yeah, addicting food is annoying if you're just doing it for quest completion. but its a great place to find good weapons! if you forget the fact that you're looking for cake for some weird superstar, you may just think you're in a normal caves run.....
....until you get to the end and realize there's a giant flashy cake shop where your boss warp should be!
