they are all extremely rare and if you see someone with these theres almost a 100% chance that its hacked so if you see someone with one run full speed in the opposite direction! They're a hacker!

so u need one to meet rico damn lol i only got one rare iteam and why didnt i get dragon slayer or sword when i beat hard dragon? my only rare item is victor axe +6

its not definate what you get, thats like saying 'I killed an evil shark in very hard, where's my double saber!' Its random when you get it.
Also you probably have the wrong section ID
