Which is the best id to find rares?

Hunter - Whitill (Finds monley king bar) Skyly (Finds Sealed J Sword) Redria (Finds god battle...DUH!)
Forces - Oran, Pinkal, Purplenum... And you need a redria force...why? (Sorry I'm no ranger expert!  )
