Winning Eleven (Pro Evolution Soccer over here) has always done huge numbers in Japan, it's massively popular there. Soccer is so popular with the JP mainstream Konami make 2 football games, WE and Jikou World Soccer.
They just don't buy FIFA as they can see it's rubbish.

I've been offline for a while, ST is having a christmas fesitival? Sweet! time to go hunting for a VIP card. I'm level 14 now, do any of you think i got a chance to get one? And does anyone who has one can tell me about it?

VIP cards seem to be level independent, but 14 is very low to find anything decent. I found one at level 36, and again about level 160; IVY got his at around level 50 I think.

Had some chat with Japanese friends yesterday.
They confirmed, as one of them already found the chao+ mag, that it was obtainable through cardage, so a VIP card is not needed to get the new added cards.
Did some Srank runs for an hour or 2 with Ivy yesterday, but no luck so far on both sides regarding new cards
According to some friends of mine, the VIP is bound to have some other rare cards during the current card event.
Cards that can be bet for are supposedly counter+, gather+ and some other I forgot.
Wow I really want a VIP now, but so far I didnt notice the VIP cards dropping more easily

People said that about the last festival too, but I did 6 VIPs during high and low cost festivals and saw nothing new.
Has IVY used his?

I never heard som1 mentioning this during the high and low cost festival.
However, I heard more than 1 mentioning it during this festival.
Also, the official japanese ep3 website did mention something about VIP, so chances from this being true are becoming real.
Sadly Ivy used his VIP more than a month ago, but we are currently hunting a new VIP card (me, Ivy and Lit agreed to keep the card once one of us find one and only use it when we are gathered, wanna be the fourth Ris?)

Lit as in Malit (sp) Lit? Played with them long ago. *sigh* missed playing with them, and PSO. Do you play with Malkavian (sp)? He was my first game online. hehehe. I won but I was down to 1 HP and using the default deck

I already assumed me, you and IVY would do this, so yeah cool.
As I have no job and will be hunting for many hours, I should be a handy addition to the team. Will have to cancel on some others who asked the same thing last night, but I'll mail them and tell them as i wasn't 100% till i spoke to you anyway.
*EDIT* - BTW, Hallo Rappy+ is confirmed as being in the VIP room over Xmas. Thought you might like to know.

I've known Malk since early DC v2, unfortunately he is semi-retired, Animal Crossing dragged him off for ages and since he's done with that he's not really come back to PSO much. Shame, he's a cool guy to play with and taught me much of the intracacies of EpIII.

Malkavian has been a very good friend too and we played a lot of games together.
He was on Monster Hunter (prolly the game that got him away from PSO) the last time I saw him :'(

I am sooo hoping i wake up on Xmas day with a VIP from ST, but it's not gonna happen. I am really annoyed with myself for using my VIP the other week when i already had all the cards available.
