No, you're right. What is wrong are the stats for the Game Magazine on the link to PSOW you gave, it has 1 ATP and 1 ATA and no requirement.

then why would it say 300 atp, and 132 ata? i guess it's just another one of the mistakes there.

you combine the parts of egg blaster with a handgun and it makes some sort of cruddy rifle

No, it isn't.

Handgun + at least LV50.
Autogun + at least LV60
Lockgun + at least LV70.
Railgun + at least LV80.
Raygun + at least LV90.

You need 145 to do this process of combining. You do not combine rare pistols with anything, its parts of Egg... and you have a level 90+ RAmar, so use a Raygun with %. The % will help a lot because it will follow your blaster. You cannot use any ???? Rayguns.

But you can use a Mind Autogun, or a Dark Raygun, it just can't be in the ??? form and it must be max grinded. If you do that, make sure you get at least 50% Hit (bought from shop pretty easy).
