why can humars only use spells up to 15

nope...my FOmarl on ver 1 only has lvl 15 techs and that's as high as the game allows. Level 20-30 were not introduced until Episode 1 & 2.

Did you even play DC PSO V. 2? They had 15+ spells (FOs), I had many HUmars on DC, where they should have been played. Playing as a Force in episode I was a pretty stupid mistake, now in GC/XB it is easy, but could have been easier, TP is still limited.

humars can use stag cutlery ha and for every one who hates humars i must say forget about the allround good hunter who is good at most things and he generally is easier to bring up lvs so ha
