I found an add slot at level 1 once Wink, that was my first rare ever in PSO for those who want to know. I find normal is the best place to find materials and slots etc for some reason Tongue.

i've only found addslots in normal mode...
i played for 200 hrs...

I used to find them all the time w/ my old REDRIA HUnewearl, on every mode, but then she got corruptes...*sigh* thats the closest I'll ever get to a woman.
