Ok, 1st thing,
YOU CAN'T HAVE ALREADY DONE THE GUILD QUEST "DR. OSTO'S RESEARCH"!!!
2nd thing,
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BEAT THE GAME OR ALL THE GUILD QUESTS!!!
and 3rd thing,
WHEN FIGHTING KIREEK (the guy you have to fight to get the Soul Eater)
DON'T CAST ANY (!!!) SUPPORT SPELLS!!! Why? BECAUSE IT WILL AFFECT HIM
AS WELL! Sucks? Yes!
Here we go:
a) First, have the stages unlocked all the way to the Ruins. Then, clear
the first three Hunter's Guild quests to unlock
"Dr. Osto's Research".
b) Next, do the quest "Dr. Osto's Research". At the end when Sue asks your
name... DO NOT TELL SUE YOUR NAME! THIS IS IMPORTANT! IF YOU DO TELL HER YOUR,
NAME, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE SOUL EATER! Don't go back either, first
look on the map and find the Red and Black RAmar and talk to him, then return
and finish the quest.
c) Then, do "Unsealed Door". To unlock this quest, you must have passed
"Dr. Osto's Research" and "Knowing One's Heart". During your quest, FIND
SUE IN MINES 2 AND TALK TO HER. Then finish this quest. If you want to
make all this more interesting, actually listen to what they are saying
and piece it together.
d) Afterwards, do "Waterfall Tears". To unlock this quest, you must
have passed all the Caves quests EXCEPT for Lionel's Letter. After you
beat Anna the second time, DO NOT GO BACK THROUGH THE TELEPIPE! Instead,
search for a green arrow in the north on the Area Map in Caves 2 then
go to it, and you will find the dude with the Soul Eater, Kireek,
who you saw in the quest "Battle Training". A battle between you and
Kireek, as he seems to want your soul. Defeat him, then go back and
finish the quest.
e) Next, do "Black Paper". It will appear after you finish Waterfall
Tears. In Caves 1, search for the green arrow in the area map that is
Kireek. He should be in one of the rooms right before or after the huge
lava-corridor-room. In this room it will be dark, and you will fight him a
second time. This time he seems to be losing his mind as he begins to talk
really messed up. Defeat him, then continue and finish the quest.
f) Now do "From The Depths". To have this unlocked, you must have passed
"Doc's Secret Plan". At the end, when you activiate the terminal in Ruins 3
and Ash goes to look for survivors, DO NOT GO BACK(!!!) and instead go to
Ruins 2.
IMPORTANT FACT!!!
HAVE AN ITEM SLOT OPEN AT THIS POINT OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE SOUL
EATER!!!
Check back West on the Area Map and you'll find Kireek and Ash's arrows.
Go to them. You'll find Ash lying on the ground, and Kireek gone mad. Defeat
him for the last time, and you will receive your very own Soul Eater.
You can do this once per difficulty level, for a total of 4 scythes.
That's it! Go on have fun with your new weapon! ....... Oh, you can't beat
Kireek? How do you beat Kireek? Well, that's another good question! You guys
are good at asking good questions! Oh, you want me to answer THIS one too?

4. Any tips on beating Kireek?
==============================
You asked for it, you got it!
1. As stated before DON'T CAST SUPPORT SPELLS (like Resta, Shita, and Deband)
because the AI recognizes him as a partner.
2. If your a force, you got it easy, cause you have the more powerful Zondes,
Zondes are the most effective against Kireek since he's an android.
3. Be sure to bring plenty of mates and keep them on your task bar!
4. This is what you do in what order to lay the beat down on Kireek:
a)Hit him b)Let him hit you (Why? You can't avoid it and you can't hit him
again until you do) c) Heal d)Run away e)Repeat until one of you dies
5. Be sure your around level 25 or so
6. Don't use Scape Dolls, it's just a waste
7. If you have Zonde, USE IT!!!!!!!! It's the most effective attack!!!
8. If you don't have Zonde, use your strongest weapon, and pray!
Ok, go have fun! ... Oh, you have one MORE question. Ok, what is it? .........
........ Sure, I know what the stats are. ..... Oh, you want to know what they
are? Ok, why not?

5. Soul Eater stats
===================
SOUL EATER (Maximum Grind of +9)
Description - "A cursed scythe that drains HP. Special attack sacrifices
HP for a powerful attack."
ATP - +185 ATA - +40 Requirements - 165 ATP
Equippable by all characters.
You should be able to use it as soon as you get it if your a hunter. Other
character might need to level up a bit to get the needed ATP or use Armor units
to boost it until you can take them off and use it with out the units. From my
own experience, you want this weapon for when you start the game in hard and
when playing the end of normal and against Dark Falz!
That should be it (really). Good luck and have fun with this awesome new
rare weapon. I'll be adding a new Rare Weapon FAQ soon, so look for it!

I created this FAQ by myself. You can do anything with it as long

information." Actually, you don't even have to do that, I just would

I've got a great guide made by "thehunte1320". Only flaw is.....You have to beat "Secret Delivery" and "Docter Osto's Notes" to get "Unsealed Door".

Ahhhhhh. So I see. Sorry bout thaat. I had left to take a quick shower cause I gotta go so I just responded after reading the un-edited version. I sorta memorized the whole thing though.
