I managed to download the droprate charts (no idea why it worked that one time, but when it did, I saved it right away), but this one didn't work at all. :S It showed all these random, nonsensical characters. :S

Your sig dosen't work. Try hosting your pic on photobucket. And there is no such thing as a HUnewm. Try FOnewm. Say it with me now "Fo-New-M"

Well tonight I found my first one: Rabarta lv 30, Mines1, Ultimate.

Hmm, I can't recall finding level 30 attack techs, ever. I HAVE found a Level 30 Jellen, Zalure, and a Level 7 Anti. All my FOnewm's other techs range somewhere between 27 and 29, but end up as 30 because of his God/Technique (except for Deband, which is 26/29 and Megid which is 18/22).
