Well, I was just on now, but no one was in Altair 10 for the duration of my session. I can be there anywhere from 9 PM EST (8 PM CST) to 2 AM (1 AM).

EDIT: I checked the drop charts, it doesn't exist on the hard mines chart. Wtf?
