If you get an S-Rank weapon in online C-Mode, you can add a special to it for somewhere from 40-50 PD's depending on the special. Shifta and Deband are not among them though. You can however get a Zalure or Jellen added to it, and those are higher than level 30 techs. :O

Jellen is Lv 17, Zalure Lv 33, for S-Ranks.

And S/D Lv 3 is not useless, it's good on HUcasts, but the bad thing is it wears off so quickly.

S-Red's Blade is the 2nd best daggers, anyway, and is not that hard to find, it's worth it, even if you are a HUnewearl and have your own S/D, or even online with a Force.

for ral isnt the drop rate a couple thousand??

You get a Lavis Cannon (1/21 from a rare enemy up to 1/28,000 from regular enemies) and you use a Syncesta on it (1/21 from a rare enemy up to 1/18,000 from some regular enemies). So it's rare, but easier to get in some ID's.
