Btw 9-star weapons are not crap... my vulcans probably do more damage than any weapon you have in your bank and they are only 7 star... Congrats on getting to 200... its a tough journey but worth it! As someone said, its probably best to close this thread.

theepw, if you have a level 200 character that's legit, you will have a better set of weapons (and if you have an illegit one, you'll have a good set of hacked weapons
). It takes about 1250-1500 hours just to get one level 200 character, and it is statistically impossible to not get a single good rare while doing that, unless you played only in Normal mode, in which case you'd have to play from the moment of the game's release up until now, and still not have a level 200 character.BTW, I have a pair of Charge Vulcan's with a hit% too.
Too legit to quit.
