Only the Regen Gear Adv is worth having. 10% of your tp is brilliant whenever u block at a hgh level thats like 200 tp easily. Just gotta find it an Cadanes (watever the red ones called) aint very friendly for giving it up.

Just read you put down its 2%. I will get out my regen gear and check. Also am sure from having one on the dc versino Regene gear adv does tp and hp.

i heard u can make the non-functional one working. but u gotta beable to go online. there u can find some kind of item that fixes it (something like Photon booster, i dunno) then there might be a way to get the functional vers. but its most likely, that you can only find it online
