It is possible to hit max stats at lv1, but there is a stat limitation. That would be max stats plus 30 of whatever the strongest thing for a stat is, stacked.

Recently...
- Samus hit lv196
- Got PD'd by a Gi-Gue using Ganondorf (Skyly)
- Got GGB'd by a Gi-Gue in what I thought was a Skyly game. XD
- Found alot more LCK Mats and PD's... I have no idea where they are coming from. o.o
- I SS-Ranked RT one time with a lv145 Fomarl, and a lv135 Racast - earned a Custom Barrier.

Today, I: SOLVED MY HORRIBLE DISCONNECTING PROBLEMS!!!

As it turned out, my cube kept getting shafted by the other computers on our network causing IP conflicts (due to my router's poor handling of wireless versus wired connections). Result: I couldn't hold a connection all week. But I had forgotten that PSO has a manual IP set option... after I changed that, I stayed on for two hours tonight and had virtually no lag.

Cyclone leveled to 121 during this time.

I also traded for a particularly rare item, a 40 hit Berdysh for Max(Damage);. For this, I had been raising a cyan melee Sato (5/149/46/0) all week. And for those of you who haven't ever raised a melee Sato: DON'T. Consider another mag, because its POW can't be raised very fast. Do the math and figure out how many hours of my day on Saturday were spent raising that thing from 131 all the way up to 200. ...yeah. >_<

But wth, a 40 hit Berdysh is well worth it.

Hm... got my HUmar to 149 last nite. and last nite did some very hard forest of sorrow quest runs. got hildeabear's head and elysion with my greennill.
