its something daemon hunters use frequently for low low points cost, basically a big beam or something similar from the grey knights battle barges in orbit straight to a selected peice of terrain on the board, tis quite powerful

It's like the Tyranid Mycetic Spores rule.

Carnifex appears in front of Command Squad...I get pwned.
Baruk: Lvl 85 Male Human Fighgunner 15.

weapons: the pack leader is armed with a bolt pistol and close combat weapon. each remaining long fang must be armed with one of the following weapons each: heavy bolter at +15 points, missile launcher at +20 points, lascannon at +35 points, multi melta at +35 pts, plasma cannon at +35 pts
