Battle mode (PVP Equipment)

For PvP battles my equippment will very depending on who I'm faceing. I like always I use a FoMar in battle. If my opponent(s) are at a lower lv then I'll go as far as fighting without my mag or even hand to combat. But if I'm facing a truely strong adversary then I'll use my ultimate equippment. Summit Moon to increase my mst, Sacred Cloth w/4 slots, God hp, god mind x2 and god mind. I forget what shield I use but I must say i love battle mode.

nice equip there cye zero, that armor and 2 god minds make you a deadly oponent if i may say.

Summit moon also boosts all simple techniques by 30% I think. Regular mst boost really doesn't help much at all!

I use a full arsenal of level 30 techniques (except for grants 25, anti 7 and unleveled techs) on my fonewearl. But since dark resistance doesn't seem to help much, and since no one seems to look at their elemental resistances during PVP I tend to just cast lvl 30 megid until everyone's dead

Either that or the rabarta foie combo. Rabarta until they freeze, then a couple of foies will send them to the floor. Gibarta is useless, though.

Most of the time the key to winning battle mode is either to take your opponent down in one hit, deplete them of healing materials (casts only) or just to freeze them and blast away with some powerful multi hitter like charge vulcs or daylight scar.

Equipment wise I most often go with:

Psycho wand (for rabarta, but due to HP drain it's not the most useful in battle)/Ice staff dagon

Summit moon (for foie)

Madams umbrella (multi hitter, bezerk function)/Red saber +50 (15% native)

Glide divine (spreads my lvl 30 jellen/zalure everywhere. I use this after using shifta/deband on myself then overwrite my opponents status')

Blue merge (rabarta boost, however does not increase frozen status chance on enemies) / Red merge (foie boost)

L.Mantle armour 4 slots (Gives me trap vision, useful vs casts)

V801 (Increased technique casting speed)

God Technique

Heavenly Mind

Heavenly Mind/Heavenly Arms (depends on if I want to melee)

lvl 200 soniti mag (Casts invincibility on 10% health/PB gauge fills), Mind>Def>Pow>Dex (Dex = 0)

Thanks for the complements Kireek. In battle mode I am considered the person to beat.

The 30% tp boost is more helpful than you think. In a tight spot when you run into an unexpected opponent (delsabers). Then you'll need the extra tp to freeze them with a gibarta spell or a rabarta spell.

Your equippment isn't so bad itself. I think that's the first time I've seen someone use the merges in battle mode.

You dont need extra TP when you have well over 2000 and if I do, my P-Wand halves TP cost

Sometimes I also replace the H-Arms with H-Body, and substitute a merge for the Tripolic Reflector. Nice stat boosts, nice technique resistances...

There's a wand that halfs TP cost O.o!!!! Where did you find it? Who can equip it? And is it useful in battle?

It IS Psycho Wand. That's one of the benefits of using it. But finding it... I'm not sure... You even want to know DX It also boosts hard techniques (not grants or megid, though) by 30% damage output. Powerful mst boost to. Special is random free; foie, barta or zonde at... I believe around level 10?

wow, player to player that means that you use 8 diferent weapons just to kill 1 oponent ...LOL

I only bring about 3 weapons: some twin-swords, a sword, and a pistol (sometimes a fist if i feel like it)

probobly an unhappy face reffering to its drop rate, it's horrid. I have one that i picked up playing with my brothers freind, a red box dropped and they were yelling at me cause they wanted the rare but i saw what it dropped from and wasn't giving it up. but yeah for pvp i've only played one and i was 80 someodd levles higher then the next highest person so it was easy aside from the hacker, he was invisible and could walk through walls i found my self casting lvl 30 razond randomly to try and hit him. after the whole thing was over i realized i didn't have my mag XD.

lol even without my mag I can still beat my mate...unless he gets lucky with megid or hits hard with grants
