Are you sure? I don't think that SEGA would permit it :| But I don't play too much to BB either, I'm focused on PSU (and I am not playing much these days).

I'm sure, because I had someone do it for me (cost £5/$10). All your items, a character and stuff get transferred to the other server, I had no problems at all. All my technique levels were the same etc. And I got to play with like, 200+ people. Much better community.

But you have to still have an active HL before you transfer for the process to be completed. There are a few items that cannot yet be obtained on the other server and a few minor quest fixes which will be completed soon, but until them if you have something like a Rage then you'll look all pwn because no one else has one (that one drop is bugged)

I saw your other post about keyboard issues... perhaps it is the patching problem with Vista? Nobody seems to like Vista... heh.

Other than that, you could run PSO in a window and use MSN in the background?
