There should be no bickering it's pretty simple, so lets see if i can recall it all after about a year away from PSO.

Both the PGF, and the Red ring (boss Drops) Were once available, back at the very beginning of the dreamcast version, i believe. due to mass hacking, they were later "removed" (drop chances set to 0%) as punishment. The drop chances of the two items, on both the xbox and gamecube versions were never changed back, and remained at 0% the entire time, there was no way whatsoever to find them.
Blue burst came along with the same 0% rate, and it was until much later on that the japanese servers only, recieved the ability to find both items once more. although for a limited time.

so unless you were around at the very begininning and were lucky enough to get one, or play the japanese servers of BB at the right time and found one. no, they are not legimate items, and as far as i can tell, never will be, hence why that message stating so will remain there.

the Schthack servers made it entirely possible to find these items "legitimately" but our databases here at ragol are not for Schthack, and finding it there does not make it legitimate on the official servers

question if that was meant to punish hackers why not put it back in the game? the hackers can still get it but legit players can't. it was meant to ounish hackers but it diidn't do anything to them. it only made it so legit players can't get them.
