PSO has no extra charges on your phone bill, if you have a connection charge, in this example it would be 3p per connection, when you connect to PSO it would cost 3p like it would connecting to the internet on your PC.

But then it's free because we pay for the month, or not? I don't understand... Or is it a certain amount per minute?

The only charge PSO makes is the HL payment, all the other internet costs are made by your ISP. Is that easyer to understand?

I guess so thanks but just to make sure:
Once I buy a BBA I will get a free month and I won't have to pay anything except the monthly fee for the internet, correct?
