I think he's referring to FF-style Summoners. Being able to summon a Delbiter to do your bidding would own...

Aiming more for summon spirits. Elemental summons and whatnot, mythological creatures like chimeras and whatnot, being the attributes of elements.

I certainly would make Lunines good elemental summoners!
