It is rather akward to have people say "Hey, let's do Strange Sightings!" or "I want to get some PC's for a Red Ring in Tyrell's Last Hope!" and then for me to have to leave. I remember one specific instance where after doing the typical Forest-warm up, I decided that I wanted to go pipe some more Torrs for my 2nd Iritista. When I said that I was leaving, they asked why, I said so, and then one of the guys told me to do Strange Sightings. >.>
People died.
Within the next 3 or 4 days, I found my Iritista, not piped. And not SS'd as many people assume it was when I say it was not piped. ;[
Then there are instances where I ask for help trying to get past the first few rooms of EN4 with the 2 person door... and then I am typically just told to download it. Again, people die.
Then there are the mailings like the one I got last night... something like:
"OMG I just found a Lavis off a Tollaw!"
"o.o"
"Yeah, I was leveling to 80, and I was playing Heat Sword and one dropped in the first room!"
"Leveling to 80? O.o"
Take a guess. >.> This person was a friend though, so she did not have to die.
I was actually about to make an offer for it, because I have been wanting to get an untekked Lavis Cannon for a while... But that is why I have a Redria, ain't it? ;o
In addition to that there are the mass throngs of n00bs and anime characters. Like Napoleon (from a different board) described it to me: "There are so many anime 'tards in lobby 1 today! It's like a pre-teen nerd convention in there!!!"
Also, there are retards who enter legit games, several of which I have gotten kicked for it. Yesterday there was a lv75 Humar, NEMO, in my game. He was doing about 750 damage with his BKB without Shifta (this was VH, but that is still alot of damage). He was also using a Red Merge. >.> When I asked him about the BKB, telling him that damage is equaling my Humar who is twice the level... and I told him it was a legit game... He left without saying another word. >.> After that, the other player in the game told me that I should not care if there are illegits playing in legit games. I suppose if I were on ST, most of my games would be locked, but I think I know how to hook my computer up right to work with some programs as an AR for anti-codes, and in addition to that, I have a proxy I could use to kick people myself (and don't think I wouldn't)... so locking my games would not be necessary. I really don't fear corruption either, becuase if I were on ST, I would back up my memcards completely onto my computer.
Finally, Scthserv has no functional EP3. And yes, that does matter.
/rant against Scthserv
Too legit to quit.
