Um i've been hacked alot so i thought fight them at their own game... so when this guy i think he was called Revan made people die in pioneer 2 and then get sent to dark falz i sent him a pressie back (A.K.A FSOD) i only do that to people who REALLY get on my nerves (and Legato mad legits ARE funny lol )

FSOD can happen in the lobby, I think thats what you meant. But to be more accurate...

Pretty close but as I recall isn't CK just one character corrupting? When someone FSODXs they lose all their characters. I could be wrong though.

Also just to clear this up once and for all, there is NO lobby reload code. It's done with a packet. A packet is sent with a proxy from client to server to perform certain actions. You couldn't make a code to reload the entire lobby, possibly one to reload yourself, but that's it.

Isn't that the problem with the game? If the data of one character is corrupted you lose it all. Remember Legato, all the data is stored in a single file and if that is corrupted in any element all the data in the computers mind is comprimised and must be erased.

What you suggest would be true if a computer could still recognise intact elements of a corrupted file but unfortunately they are... to stupid to see what must have happened.

And you are quite right, only a packet could modify something server side and so reload the lobby for everyone! Otherwise, you would just FSODX yourself heh.

I have pretty much quit PSO now, you don't get FSOD on FFXI so I'm gonna stick with that. Oh yeah and also you dont have people hell-bent on making themselves look like sonic just so they can be 'cool'. lol, says enough about the current online community.
