If so... that's actually pretty AWESOME! I think PSO needs some kind of 'Pioneer 2 Invasion' stages. If it's that easy to do, why don't they do it dammit! 
this is pso pc, there are lot's and lot's of programs that help that, how do they do it, it is more then i can handle, blue burst is getting slowly some programs to obtain more and more features.
they use this hacks on a portuguese server (wich alows cheats)

I don't know if the thing I'm going to tell you is exactly a hacking, but yesterday I was playing a desert ult run when entered a new player on our party. That character was wearing Daylight Scar all the run, and he used another items at same time like Holy Ray and Diska of Braveman. Hack or bug?

Hack, it's equip stacking. Very common on PSO:GC and yes holy ray is a main culprit.
