Can someone tell me what quests unlock Soul of A Blacksmith again?

I forgot what significance Soul of a Blacksmith was...Oh wait, you can turn Agito1975 into Orotiagito in that one, right?

No, that's Seek my master. Soul of a blacksmith is for God Hands, Supprssor, or that other thing.
