I played a game in ult today with 2 level 200 FOmars. The only way I got exp was by getting ahead and tagging everything with Rafoie.

They're wasting time because they're damage cancelling people who do more damage. A Rafoie spamming FOnewm is just irritating. They can support with support techs, yes, but support itself is not limited to that. They can make good use of weaponry as well.

Not really. Tech spamming in a party is a waste of time in most cases.
