"Splash attack"? O_o Do you mean the psychogun's special? If it is, the special is actually called Psycho Shot and is unique to the TS. Instead of the usual three shots per attack, it fires one significantly more powerful and multihitting burst. Still, it won't do as much damage, but sheesh, multihitting is worth it.
