o_O. prophets of motav (oran exclusive  me fomar is oran) and psycho wand is better than summit moon...
i would only care for a summit moon if you had a fonewearl. other wise it seems quite useless to me. there is other better rods/wands out there for fomar.
but for fonewearl sounds like some major pwnage O_O 60% frickin percent to all basics o_O and you could add a red merge or something instead of resta merge (i know resta merge is best -_- dont flame me for that) and i dunno what percent foie would be doin but itd be a dang lot! i think 90% not sure... O_O O_O O_O O_O. i need to make me self a purplenum foney one of these days -_-

The two items you listed are better suited for FOnewms, and nothing else all that much really. Every force except the FOmarl has some cane that works best with them. For FOmar it is Magical Piece, for FOnewm it is either Magical Piece or Psycho Wand, and for FOnewearl it is Summit Moon.

Prophets of Motav really isn't great (J5 / Z5, terrible really), Summit Moon is better. I much rather have Motav though.
Summit Moon = TPs, personally, don't trust me with Summit Moons, I can't resist donating them seeing as I hunted 15+ in two days and got them, leaving none for myself ._.
