It tells you when you search for it that all classes can get it, and my freind said you get it offline from ultimate mode olga flow.

The Parisitic Gene Flow! They say it still exists online AND!, offline. My friend (whom I dont beleive) Says you can get it from Olga Flow on Ultimate mode!

Yes and no. It's at a 0% drop rate so you won't ever see it drop.
