The Theory of the World
#61
Little Killer Wrote:Very true Nomercy. We all wonder what that is. . . IT IS NOT 42!Tongue Maybe if we answered the question though, life would cease to exist. We are probable not supposed to know that.

When I die, I believe I will go to a different galaxy, in some weird dimension. That always makes me not afraid to die. Yet, I want to live a long life. I feel needed here.

EVERYONE has a purpose in life. Don't think you are just unimportant, for someone in this small world will need you to bring them into the light.

The meaning of life in my view is simply to go on until our lives have accomplished a set goal. So I guess I just forfeit my life. Whoops:S

Your idea about going to another dimension, another world, I have a similar theory. When we die in this world, we are born in another. When we die in that world, we are reborn in this one. That's my theory of it, based sheerly on my own small knowledge from reading books, and my own practice of black arts.

As you said, everyone has a purpose in life. To me, we're all actors, the world is a stage.

Teh EkweE Wrote:This isn't turning into a relgious debate, we're merely saying, to justify your....horribly, horribly concieved, weed induced theory of the world is null and void because you thought it up. It has no basis. God has more of a valid claim to being right because millions of people believe in it... =/

If you say it like that, though.. A theory is just that. Theory, it's something that people either hold for themselves, or follow blindly what others set. Basically a more put-upon opinion.

Ok, I have a few responses to your responses to what I said, Anti!

1) When I was talking about understanding girls, i meant that I understand them equally well as guys. I'm not saying I understand what everyone is doing/thinking ALL the time, I just meant that to my thinking gender isn't important to figuring it out.

2) When I was saying about technically not being able to prove anything, I was of course including religion in that. There's definitely no more proof for the existance of God than there is for the existance of anything. In fact there's a lot less. I was just pointing out that the reason you hate religion is that it's unproven and that pretty much everything is unproven. Technically anyway. Science is just a theory same as religion.

3) Whatever you say, all you're doing is belittling people's religious perspectives. It's fine that you disagree, and it's fine to say why you disagree, but I think that maybe some stuff you said were a bit past the line. Maybe.

OK! Let't just not care about religion anymore. I hate that topic. Everyone is cruel. . . sometimes in others eyes.

Let's talk about strange appearences, like Nessie. Who believes it is a submarine?

You mean Nessie, as in the the Calm Nerifes from Tales of Legendia? Meep?
No, the Loch Ness monster, right? Hm... personally, I don't believe it exists at all. Just like aliens! If he really is down there in some Irish lake, then why hasn't anyone gone down to look for him? Does he turn invisible when he hits the water? I just don't think, with the proof that we have now, that Nessie even exists.

Hmmm. Invisible. That's interesting. Aliens like playing with us!Tongue

I believe in dimensions. There is an evil dimension that's going to be in a book I will write. It's called: The Eighth Dimension. The good is the Sixth Dimension. The planets will be 5 times bigger than the sun and a star called Spore shall be the home of perfect light beings. What do you guys think? DON'T STEAL MY IDEA!

Sorry. Got side tracked. I think it might be real, but I have never been to the lake, so I don't want to make conclusions. They say the lake is too small for the beast. But I still don't know.

It could be put into the same class as the Bermuda Triangle. A phenomenon that nobody can explain with any certainty, so to cover their butts, they make up stories about it.

Nah. They say that the B. Triangle's strangeness has to do with the magnetic field doing wierd things like throwing compasses out of whack. I believe it also screws up electrical devices, I believe.

Maybe there lies something dormant, in paradise just waiting to be awakened. That's a good thought! I also think that it is a creature that is like Nessie: only one of them lives in this part of the world. Yet, I also believe that it would be from another dimension.

My other theory is the floor. The ocean's floor might be a new type of mineral that is highly magnetic. This would cause the compasses to whack out.

It still is strange that it only happens in this spot.:S

Some people believe that Nessie is an evolved dinosaur that got stuck in a hole that filled up with water. The b.triangle is said to be "alive" by some of the people who have survived various accidents that have occured within it.

Am I the only UK guy to point out that Loch Ness is in Scotland, not Ireland? Tongue

But anyway, I think that Nessie POSSIBLY exists, same as I think that ghosts, UFOs, Bigfoot and all that other paranormal stuff POSSIBLY exists. I'm not gonna say they do or don't until I see sufficiant proof one way or another. Big Grin

I only just noticed it when you pointed it out XD

I agree, I'll believe when I see proof.
