ST was going to make it something you could get online so more people would get a HL, but when people started hacking it, they ditched the whole idea.

The 0% drop rate is for all versions of PSO Ep I & II... EXCEPT Blue Burst apparently...
Characters:

PSO Ep I & II - GCN
Matt - Blue HUmar - Redria - Lvl 200
Weapon of Choice: OROTIAGITO

Break - Purple FOmar (exactly like Break in Ep III) - Pinkal - Lvl 9
Weapon of Choice: Mind Rod +8

PSO Ep III - GCN
Matt - Blue HUmar - Redria - CLvOn 1 - CLvOff 18
