In ver.2 it's a common weapon for almost all ids.
Unfortunatly on GC it's a bluefull only drop, you're just having bad luck i guess

Haha, Its really common in V.2 i had around 30ish before my DC broke at least 3 1/2 years ago.

Found a Last Survivor... sold it. Most worthless 10 meseta ever.
