Something like that. If what you're saying is true, then it's a rare gift - otherwise everyone would be seeing ghosts.

well now that you mention it only me and one of my many friends have ever seen a ghost....

By "sensitive" I mean he has a high concentration of a certain mineral in his brain wich allows him to view high concentrations of energy.

What keeps the spirit tangible is the energy it is absorbing. Look at it this way: We eat and drink to stay alive. Spirits absorb energy from their respective sources so that they can still remain.

yes but if they asobe energy isnt it true that all energy sources have an end. So if u have all these spirts tyaking fomr this energy source wouldnt have ran out by noW?
Whats life without someone to risk it for...?
