Akiko's Frying Pan and Soul Eater

I'm confused... I don't really understand how to get the Frying Pan or the Soul Eater... I know, I know, I've read all those 'quest guides' for the Frying Pan and the Soul Eater, but I don't really understand. Can somebody inform me MORE about the subject. Any information on the weapons would work.
All I know for the Soul Eater is you do all the quests, and later on, you kick Kireek's behind.
I practically have no idea of how to get Akiko's Frying Pan.
Please help me...

For the Frying Pan you have to speak to certain people during quests then finish them. once you have spoken to everyone the last person will give you it. The peole you need to talk to are on Pioneer and the guide tells you which ones they are

As for the Soul Eater. All you have to do is not tell Sue your name at the end of Dr. Osto's Research talk to her again in Unsealed Door before finishing the quest then fight Kireek in Waterfall Tears, Black Paper and From The Depths. His locations are in the guide
